Refund policy
What's your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, candles cannot be returned or refunded. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment-Photos of the damages must be emailed to Hello@thekoopnewyork.com within 4 days of delivery. If we do not have stock for a replacement, we will apply store credit.
Refunds are not applicable. Store credit only.
What happens if I don’t like the scent?
If you the scent is not what you expected or you do not enjoy the scent for any reason, please email us at hello@thekoopnewyork.com and we will provide you with a store credit or help you find a scent you love!
